Heartline Meatless Meats have the look, taste, and texture of a wide range of meats -- but, like all Lumen products, have no animal derivatives. Unlike our meatless snack products, Heartline was specifically designed to replace meat products in the kitchen. (Heartline products are still sold under our original brand name, "Lumen" in Canada.)
Unlike other "textured vegetable proteins," Heartline is virtually free of the sugars responsible for causing indigestion in most users (i.e. "oligosaccharides"). Just boil (or microwave) in water for 5-10 minutes. It's so easy, delicious, versatile -- but, most of all, good for you!
